Online Shopping

All products undergo thorough quality checks prior to dispatch, and we make every effort to ensure that your item is delivered to you in perfect condition. However, should your product arrive damaged or incorrect due to the delivery process, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange with ease.

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products and will resend them using the original shipping method at no additional cost. The return shipping fee will also be reimbursed for damaged or incorrect items.

If the original product is out of stock, we will provide a replacement of equal value to the item you purchased, or issue a refund for the purchase amount using the original payment method. 

Colour Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure that our product images accurately represent the actual items. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no colour differences caused by varying monitor settings. Please note that such colour variations are not considered defects and, as such, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Condition For Returns

Returned items must be in their original condition: undamaged, unused, unworn, and unwashed. All original packaging and accessories (including spare parts and all tags, especially the hanging tag) must be included. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items with the hanging tag removed. 

Remarks: Outlet items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

In case of dispute, Moral Bags reserves the right to make the final decision.
