Can i cancel or modify my order after confirmation?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at cs@moralteam.com or via WhatsApp at +852 9061 4942 with your Order Number as soon as possible. Please note that once our warehouse has processed your order, we may no longer be able to make any modifications. Additionally, sale items are not eligible for cancellation or return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major card providers, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and UnionPay. Additionally, we support PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Payments flagged as potential fraud by the relevant payment gateway will be refunded immediately.
What if there are damaged items in my order?
We are very sorry to hear that your bag arrived damaged. While we strive to provide the best possible bag experience, factors like shipping and handling can sometimes be beyond our control, resulting in issues like this.
Please contact us at cs@moralteam.com or via WhatsApp at +852 9061 4942 with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you!
What can I do if there are incorrect or missing items in my order?

What to do if I do not receive order confirmation?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided after your payment is successfully processed. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder, as the email may have been redirected there.

Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Orders placed via Moral Bags SG (https://moralbagssg.com) can only be delivered to Singapore and Malaysia. If you would like your order delivered internationally, please shop at Moral Bags (https://moralbags.com) instead.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over SGD$129 or MYR$444. The subtotal of your order must meet this amount after discounts and before taxes for the promotion to apply. Shipping fees will be calculated at the checkout page.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most in-stock items will reach you within 7-9 business days. Please note that business days refer to Monday to Friday and do not include Public Holidays. Delivery may take longer during sale events or an extended warehouse closure due to public holidays.

What can I do if I entered a wrong shipping information?
If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us at cs@moralteam.com or via WhatsApp at +852 9061 4942 immediately.
Please note that once our warehouse has processed your order, we will no longer be able to make any changes. Additionally, modifying your shipping details could possibly lead to certain shipping delay.
Why my package is delayed?
We strive to ship every order promptly. However, occasional delays may occur during sale events or public holidays or due to some unforeseen circumstances related to the local customs or logistic partners. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at cs@moralteam.com or via WhatsApp at +852 9061 4942 with your proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. We will respond with a return authorization and further instructions within 3-5 working days.
Please note:
- Item exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Only regular-priced items are aligible for return or exchange. Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once approved, you will need to arrange for the item to be returned to our warehouse according to the instructions provided by our customer service team.

What should I do if I have not received my refund?
Refunds may take some time to process, as the timeframe depends on your card issuer’s policies. If you have not received your refund after a reasonable period, please contact your bank or credit card company to inquire about the status of the transaction.

How much will I receive for a refund?
Once we receive and approve your returned item(s), we will promptly refund the purchase price to you. Please note that additional charges such as taxes, customs fees, duties, and shipping costs incurred after the initial purchase, are non-refundable.

We commonly use fabrics such as:

How to take care of my bags?
1. Daily Cleaning
- Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe away dust and dirt.
- For persistent stains, lightly clean the affected area with mild disinfectant alcohol.
2. Deep Cleaning
- Hand washing is recommendedd for thorough cleaning.
